No investment is "Risk-Free" but Real Estate is a Safe, Secure & Reliable investment that appreciates over time. We close each transaction with an Attorney that is designated by the Lender or by our Company. There is absolutely no cost for the Private Lender. We invit all our lenders to come and visit us in Florida and see our team and operations from the inside. We have nothing to hide, everything is clear and easy to understand.

How a Private Lender is protected ?

  • First mortgage loan at closing.
  • Low Loan-to-value real estate properties.
  • Funds are sent to an Escrow account.
  • Deed and Insurances in the Lender's name.

 Legal Documents are provided to secure the investment:

  • Promissory Note 
  • Mortgage/Trust Deed (Property as the collateral for the loan) 
  • Lender's Title Insurance 
  • Fire/Hazard Insurance 

Worst case scenario:

The Private Lender won't loose any of his capital.

  • He sell's the property for a profit.
  • Foreclosure Process and money is reimbourse.
  • The lender keeps renting it and take advantage of the cashflow and appreciation.

MINIMUM 25% EQUITY CUSHION IN EACH INVESTMENT

based on appraised market value at the time of purchase.
